East Haven High School Auditorium – Basic Package
$225 Per Hour plus approx $300 per hour for staffing (cost for staff varies by event and schedule) – 4 Hour Minimum
*Large events may also legally require additional Fire Marshall staff at their fees*
Seats 768 & Includes:
- At least two dedicated technical auditorium staff
- A full suite of preset “looks” for lighting
- Audio playback controllable by your staff backstage or ours in the booth
- Dedicated Internet Access (wireless and hardline)
- Handheld Wireless Mics
- Headset communication system
- Fly batten for hanging backdrops
- Two backstage dressing rooms
- One backstage “Green” room
- Live TV feed of the stage to anywhere in the building
- Custodial and Facilities staff for cleanup and maintenance
- Security staff as required by law
East Haven Middle School Auditorium – Basic Package
$125 Per Hour plus approx $150 per hour for staffing (cost for staff varies by event and schedule) – No Minimum

Seats 477 & Includes:
- At least one dedicated technical auditorium staff
- A full suite of preset “looks” for lighting
- Audio playback controllable by your staff backstage or ours Front-of-House
- Dedicated Wireless Internet Access
- Handheld Wireless Mics
- Custodial and Facilities staff for cleanup and maintenance
- Security staff as required by law
Optional Add-Ons
Additional Dressing Rooms
High School Only – The Basic Package includes the backstage dressing rooms and green room (approx 10 people per, see photos), but many Dance events require more than that. If you need more space there are additional rooms available for rent at a 4 hour minimum. Availability is subject to schedule.
Available Rooms:
Cafeteria – $225 per hour. Holds approx 200-300 for changing. A few hundred feet down the hall and downstairs one level. Ideal for dance competitions.
Choir room – $125 per hour. Holds approx 40-50 for changing. Around the corner backstage, very close. Ideal for dance recitals.
Room S106 – $60 per hour. Holds approx 40-50 for changing. A few hundred feet down the hall . Ideal as a holding room for the youngest dancers.
Digital Rear Projection
High School Only – Traditionally backdrops were huge pieces of fabric hung from a batten which require an hour to swap out. We can still do that, but we also have a screen we can project digital backdrops on, allowing the scene to be changed at the push of a button.
$2000 per event. Technical Details:
You are responsible for sourcing your own images. Ideal aspect ratio for our space is 4:3. Images will be driven by computer, so the easiest is to combine them all into a Slide Deck. You may also project video, with or without audio.
You may have one of your staff control the images from backstage, or we can have our staff do it from the booth.
Requires use of teaching spaces, so availability is subject to schedule restraints. This must be coordinated well ahead of time and can’t be added last minute.
Custom Light Programming
We have many of the standard lighting setups pre-programmed into our system, and our techs are experts at mixing lights on the fly. However if you would like to program a set of cues specific for your show, we can set up a block of time for you to sit with one of our lighting designers to program something awesome.
$400 per event. Includes a 4 hour block of time in the auditorium with one of our lighting designers.
Full Theatrical Lighting
Both of our spaces have the ability to be fully designed for theatrical lighting. This involves refocusing, moving, gel-ing, and programming the system. It’s an involved process, but creates fantastic results.
$1000 per event. Includes dedicated time in the space with our lighting staff for focusing and programming, and time for us to reset the lighting back to standard after the event.
Expanded Audio Design
Most of our events only need simple audio playback and a wireless mic but we have the facility, equipment, and know-how to go far beyond that. Concerts, music theater, recording sessions, etc. The cost for this will vary drastically depending on the technical and equipment requirements. Contact us to discuss details and pricing.

16 Theater lav mics (Countryman and MKEII’s), dozens of wired mics for a variety of applications, and 30+ Stage XLR inputs.
Full Dante network capability, connecting to our recording studio control room and personal monitor mixes. Multitrack recording up to 48 simultaneous inputs.
Digital console(s) with built in effects and routing for live sound.
Live Streaming
Want to send your performance out to a digital audience? Why not livestream it! We have a camera and mics built into the room that allow us to send out a simple live stream. Note: we aren’t videographers, it will be a simple single view of the full stage, not a multi-cam production.
$200 per performance. Details:
We will send the stream wherever you need, but we do not host the video distribution. If you want a private ticketed stream you’ll need to provide that system. The simplest answer is a free Youtube livestream.
We do not provide any graphics packages or animations, but can often incorporate any that you provide.
Live streaming requires prior setup and planning, so this must be coordinated well ahead of time and can’t be added last minute.
